FAQ

What is your cancellation policy?

We know how much you love to plan, which is why we open reservations 14 days prior to each class. So, go ahead and check the schedule, and plan your weeks ahead.  All we ask is that if you are not going to be able to make the class, you cancel at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled class time. This allows us to make sure someone else gets a spot if you can’t make it! Anything cancelled less than 4 hours before class starts is considered a late cancel, and you do forfeit the class. If you have a membership with us, you will be charged $10 for in-studio & outdoor classes and $5 for online classes.

What if I miss a class?

If you book a class under your membership and don’t show up, we charge you a no-show fee. You will be charged $10 for in-studio & outdoor classes and $5 for online classes. If you have a class package, unfortunately, you lose your class. We know you’d never miss class on purpose and would hate to miss you!

How far in advance can I reserve my class?

14 days. Afternoon and evening classes tend to sell out, so make it a point to book them in advance.

What if I'm late to class?

Many of our classes require equipment or props, and instructors put a lot of time and effort into making sure your class experience is an enjoyable one which is why we require you to be present and checked in at least five minutes before the class start time. We need that time to finalize the class roster, take care of payments, note anyone's injuries, and and help situate the class. If we started this process at the beginning of class, the class would start late and you wouldn’t get your full workout. Plus, we know you need those few extra minutes to sometimes get changed, ground down, and fill up your water-bottle.

If you are late to class and we have not given away your spot to a walk-in client, you may still join. Just come on in, and try not to disturb other clients who have already begun their workout or yoga class. Make sure to check in with the teacher after class.

Do you allow walk-ins?

Sure, but be mindful that some classes book in advance.- Especially the outdoor ones. So you should really check ahead of time to make sure there’s space.

What is the wait list?

f the class you want is  fully booked, you can get on our wait list. As people cancel, you will be contacted to join in the order you had signed up. If you cannot make it, you will not be charged.

Can I move my reservation?

If you are outside the 4-hour no-cancellation window, you can always move to another class if there is space. If you need to move your appointment — but there are less than 12 hours until your scheduled class — that’s considered a cancellation and the above cancellation policy would apply. Sorry, no exceptions.
