Because balance is key to any workout regiment, we offer a variety of class styles including yoga, barre, and strength training. Each class aims to improve all aspects of physical fitness - strength, muscle toning, power, flexibility, balance, stamina, coordination, and recovery.
We support and motivate a diverse range of students. We know that every BODY is unique and we encourage and empower our students to modify postures and develop a deeper body awareness to achieve lasting results.
